One of the earliest proponents of Recruitment Outsourcing (RO), 15 years ago we helped formulate this concept that helps free organisations from the day-to-day management of the recruitment process and brings with it a bundle of benefits such as improved staff retention and reduced reliance on agencies. This is achieved by importing specialist HR skills to work – usually in-house to integrate with your business - we call this insourcing. We assign a client director (and team if required) on-site during the contracted term to plan and implement a recruitment strategy working closely with management and HR. For us this was a logical extension of our regular project philosophy which in part succeeds because of the empathy gained from working on-site.
